SPEC Associates is a nonprofit research and evaluation organization located in downtown Detroit. Originally established in 1980, SPEC Associates provides research services that help organizations become more effective at helping people. SPEC provides high-quality information services to government agencies, non-profit organizations, and foundations.
SPEC Associates has recently converted to a nonprofit corporation. The following information pertains to both the current nonprofit organization and to its predecessor.
